The Practical Discipline Toolkit - Organisational licence
Practical Discipline Support for the Families in Your Community
One toolkit. One site. Twelve months of sharing with your families
Parents often know the advice. What they need is help using it when a child refuses, screen time ends or bedtime becomes a battle.
An organisation licence for The Practical Discipline Toolkit lets your school, preschool, club or service put practical support directly into the hands of your families.
Created by parenting educator Michael Grose, this substantial resource is designed for parents and carers of children aged approximately 4–12. It brings together twelve discipline tools, worked examples, seven practice sheets and a four-week plan. Parents can choose one recurring situation and begin with one manageable change.
What your licence includes
• Permission for one named site to supply the toolkit to any number of eligible families for 12 months from purchase.
• The supplied PDF, EPUB and printable resources for family distribution.
• Staff access to support those families.
• Permission to print individual worksheets and use the resources in free parent sessions at your site.
• No per-family charge or distribution reporting requirement.
Eligible families are parents and carers whose children are enrolled at, members of, or receiving services from the licensed site.
Simple to Share
Email the supplied PDF or EPUB directly to eligible families, provide printed copies, or place downloads in a password-protected parent portal. Include the organisation licence with each kit supplied and keep your receipt as proof of permission. You don’t need to send us parent contact lists.
You might introduce the toolkit through a parent information session, a wellbeing conversation or a message inviting families to practise one tool that week. Families choose how to apply the activities at home.
Clear distribution boundaries
This licence covers one campus, branch or service location. Additional sites require separate licences unless agreed in writing. Keep the content, branding and author credits intact. Share the supplied distribution editions; the editable Word edition does not grant permission to edit or rebrand the resource.
Files must not be posted on public websites, social media, open newsletters or unrestricted download links. They must not be resold, shared with other organisations or used in paid courses or commercial training without written permission. Families may use their copies within their own household and may not redistribute them.
After 12 months, stop supplying new copies and remove portal downloads unless you renew. Families can keep copies lawfully received. There is no automatic renewal. This licence covers this toolkit only; other kits, subscriptions and future updates are not included unless expressly stated.
Purchase your organisation licence and give your families practical tools they can return to throughout the year.
The full Parenting Toolbox Organisation Licence supplied with purchase sets out the sharing terms. The receipt must identify the purchasing organisation, site, and toolkit. General parenting education; individual needs may require professional support.
