What’s inside

• Tracking Sheet (Google Sheets): a prompt bank for your buyer questions, a tab that writes each month’s rows for you, a monthly log, and a Dashboard and Competitors tab that build the charts by themselves.
• Filled-in example: three months of made-up tracking, so you can see what the Sheet looks like with data in it.
• Setup guide (PDF): every step from copying the Sheet to reading your results, including the prompt that writes your first 20 questions.
• “Not cited? Start here” checklist (PDF): the first fixes to try when the results aren’t great.

What it tracks

Mention rate, citation rate, average position, tone and share of voice, broken down by AI tool and question type. The Competitors tab also counts every answer that named a competitor and left you out.

How long it takes

About an hour to set up and two hours for your first round. After that, it’s about an hour a month.

Good to know

• You’ll need a free Google account. The Sheet is built and tested in Google Sheets only.
• It’s a manual Sheet on purpose: you read every answer yourself, which is how you spot why a competitor gets picked over you.
• You can use it with your clients, but please don’t resell or share the files.
• It’s a digital download, so there are no refunds. If a file or link is broken, I’ll fix or replace it.
• Everything is in English.
