DIY Fretwork Wall Shelf – Scroll Saw Pattern (PDF)

A decorative wall shelf with a carved back panel, two scroll brackets and a slotted shelf board, cut with a scroll saw from 6 mm plywood. The parts fit together with slots and tabs.

Finished size: 400 mm (15.7") wide, 200 mm (7.9") deep. Back panel height: 205 mm (8.1").

What you get – 3 PDF files:

• Back panel – full-size 1:1 template on graph paper: one A3 sheet, or 3 A4 sheets to tape together (an assembly guide page is included)

• Bracket – full-size 1:1 template on one A4 sheet (cut 2; turn one over for the other side)

• Shelf board – dimensioned drawing to mark directly on the plywood

All dimensions are in mm. Slots are 6 mm wide and tabs 6 mm deep, sized for 6 mm plywood. Print at 100% (Actual size) and check the scale: 10 large squares = 100 mm.
