Stress Less in 30 ~
Do you experience feelings of stress and anxiety in your life? We all do! Did you know that STRESS and ANXIETY are not the people, places and things themselves but rather our reactions to and suppressed emotions. Given this, we know that we have the POWER to release our stress and anxiety through our breath and movement.
This short gentle deep dive into both grounding and lightly activating breathwork will allow you to tap in and release stuck energy and emotions that may be manifesting as stress and anxiety.
Please remember to practice breathwork in a safe space, seated or lying down. Do not practice breathwork while driving or in a bath tub.

temperature change
tingling
light headed
cotton mouth
emotions
hands feeling tight
shaking
dizzy
