- This pattern is made with bulky yarn in mind - 7 wpi. Therefore, to work with this pattern, you can either use a single strand of yarn, if the yarn itself is bulky, or you can hold two strands of any thinner yarn, such as Alize Baby Softy (14 wpi), as long as those two strings give 7 wpi.

- Some of Teddy's facial details are NOT a part of the blanket crochet pattern due to their size in comparison to the size of the blanket stitches. They are crocheted separately, and sewn onto the surface of the blanket afterwards.
