The best for baking bread every week

I've dabbled in baking bread for many years and have had some success but Pam's recipe for her basic bread(s) is the best for using everyday. I bake two loaves every week, one goes into the freezer, one to start on right away. I use a combination of 500g All purpose flour and 200 g whole wheat flour and about two cups of a combination of rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, whatever looks good, sometimes raisins or craisins. the bread is ALWAYS GREAT. By far the easiest and best bread recipe I've ever used and I've been using it consistently for maybe two years. Now my niece and sister in law want to learn to make this bread.
