The Valas Client Offboarding & Handoff Builder is a self-serve offline app for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies. It brings project closeout details into one structured workspace, then generates a polished handoff packet for review, printing, or Save as PDF.

Build an organized closeout

Private and portable

Open the HTML file in a current browser. The app has no network dependencies and makes no network calls. Project data stays in that browser on that device unless you export it as JSON. No account or subscription is required.

Important limits

Never enter passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, full payment details, or authentication secrets. Use each platform's secure process to transfer or revoke access. The builder records information you provide; it does not connect to accounts, perform a transfer, revoke access, verify completion, create an electronic signature, or prove contractual acceptance.

Browser storage is not encrypted. Only enter information you are authorized to store, export backups you need, verify actions in the source systems, and review the packet before sharing.

License and requirements

The $19 purchase includes a One Business Use License for one business or sole proprietorship. Completed handoff packets may be shared with the relevant clients; the app and blank templates may not be resold, redistributed, hosted, sublicensed, or shared with unrelated businesses.

Requires a current desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. Printing and Save as PDF options vary by browser and device. No manual setup, customization, account action, or consulting is included.
