Last year I read Genesis one chapter at a time and wrote down what I kept reading past.
Then I did the same thing with Exodus.
I thought it would be the easier book.
It wasn't.
Everyone knows the plagues and the sea. Almost nobody reads the other half, the one with the cubits and the curtains and the sockets buried in sand.
That half turned out to be where most of it was hiding.
I wrote all of it down.
It became this book.
335 pages.
108 reflections, Exodus 1 all the way through to 40.
Made to read slow, with your Bible open next to you.
Not a summary.
The things between the lines.
This one has drawings in it.
Forty of them, one on every chapter opener. And twelve more where the text gives you actual measurements — the dwelling in plan, the courtyard and its one gate, the twelve stones the priest wore over his heart, the whole book laid out on a single line.
Because Exodus is the one book of the Bible that tells you the dimensions.
I'm not a pastor or a scholar.
I just read it carefully and wrote down what I found.
Forty chapters took me months.
You can read one reflection in about two minutes.
It's pay what you want.
If money's tight right now, take it for free, genuinely, no guilt.
If it meant something to you and you've got room, anything you put in helps me keep making these.
Either way, it's the same book. Hope it feeds you.
