Distance Energy Healing Session (30–45 Minutes)

This is a 30–45 minute distance energy healing session designed to support balance, activate the healer within, clarity, and emotional release. The session is performed remotely no Zoom, no video, and no phone call required.

Energy meets you exactly where you are.

My energy healing work is based on the understanding that we are all energy, and that true healing comes from within. I do not practice Reiki and I do not use symbols. Instead, I work through my own intuitive method, acting as a clear channel for Source energy while supporting you in accessing your own innate healing ability.

During the session, I work with the chakra system, helping to bring awareness, balance, and flow back to the body’s natural energy centres. Using intention, conscious breath, and emotional awareness through the heart, I create a safe and supportive energetic space where the body and energy field can gently release what is no longer serving you.

You will be guided to breathe into each chakra as the session unfolds. Conscious breathing helps soften stagnant or blocked energy, allowing it to move and return to its natural state of balance. As energy begins to flow freely, clients often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and a stronger connection to themselves.

I do not heal for you I open the space for your own healing intelligence to activate. Each session is a collaborative process guided by intuition, presence, and respect for your unique energetic needs.
