PHOTO GUIDELINES

Please send sharp, well-lit photos with faces fully visible. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, blurry screenshots and cropped faces.

For pets, include a clear photo showing their colouring and markings. Only submit photographs you have permission to use.

MEMORIAL AND SEPARATE-PHOTO REQUESTS

Please message before ordering if you want to combine people from separate photos or create a remembrance portrait. We will discuss the composition, wording and suitability of your references first.

DELIVERY TIME

Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline. We will confirm the delivery date after reviewing your photos and requirements. Preview approval and correction requests may affect completion time.

PRINTING YOUR PORTRAIT

Print at home or through a local print shop. Use paper matching your selected dimensions and print the PDF at Actual Size / 100%. Printing and framing are not included.
