Hips & Pelvic Floor Release Practice | 17 Minutes
Continuous guided practice. No equipment, just floor space.
Your hip flexors and your pelvic floor are wired to work as one system. They share a fascial line and are both driven by the same nervous system program.
This track guides you through a constructive rest variant that uses gravity and joint position to take your iliopsoas off duty, paired with a slow, low-belly breath pattern that brings your pelvic floor into the release alongside it.
Together we'll move through:
- Settling into the position and finding the unloaded, effortless shape for your specific body
- Breath-guided release through the hips and low belly
- Visualization to deepen the let-go as your nervous system shifts out of bracing
This is the same practice from the Come Back to Your Body pack, available here as a standalone for anyone working specifically with hip tension and pelvic floor bracing.
