Picky Eater Chart Printable, Trying New Foods Visual Steps, Food Explorer Chart, Autism ADHD Feeding Support Kids
A gentle, low-pressure way to help children explore new foods, one small step at a time. Each step has its own picture: look at it, touch it, smell it, lick it, take a tiny bite, and "it's OK to spit it out". Every step counts, and stopping at "look" is still a win. Made for picky eaters, autistic kids, kids with ADHD and any child who feels worried about new foods.

HOW TO USE
1. Keep it calm and low pressure. Never force a child to eat.
2. Put a small piece of the new food next to a food your child already likes.
3. Show the steps page and let your child choose how far to go today.
4. Tick the step, add a star and praise the try, not the amount eaten.
MATCHING SETS
