How It Works

1. Download the PDF files.
2. Enter your property information into the applicable fillable fields.
3. Save and print your completed pages on standard US Letter paper.
4. Assemble them in a three-ring binder with clear sheet protectors.
5. Add local brochures or an amenity-access item if applicable.

Include only the optional pages relevant to your property.

Why Hosts Choose This Format

A physical welcome binder gives guests a convenient place to find important information during their stay. It also provides space for printed restaurant menus, local attraction brochures, and community-access materials.

The kit is designed to be straightforward to assemble and maintain, without requiring Canva or graphic-design software.

Before You Purchase

• Digital download only. No physical binder, printed pages, sheet protectors, or accessories are included.
• Pages are sized for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches).
• Selected PDF fields are fillable. Other text, fonts, colors, and layouts are fixed and cannot be freely edited.
• Some pages are optional and may not apply to every vacation rental.

• Emergency guidance is designed for U.S. properties.
