M - Mindful Reflection:
REFLECT deeply on each area of your life using the Garden of Growth Wheel. Imagine each area as a different part of your garden. Which parts are flourishing, and which need more attention? Use MINDFULNESS techniques like meditation or journaling to cultivate awareness and presence during this reflection process. Think of it as planting the seeds of mindfulness and watching them grow into strong, resilient plants.
A - Assessment and Awareness:
Assess your satisfaction levels in each area of the Garden of Growth Wheel, assigning a score to reflect your current feelings. This assessment will help you gain clarity on where you stand and identify areas that may require more nurturing. Just as a gardener regularly checks the health of their plants, you'll cultivate AWARENESS of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to each aspect of your life.
P - Planning and Progress:
Based on your assessment and reflection, create a plan of action to address areas where you'd like to see improvement or growth. Track your progress over time, just as you would monitor the growth of your garden. Adjust your plan as needed to ensure your personal growth remains on track, much like tending to a garden that requires different care throughout the SEASONS.
