Guide to Sourdough Bread Baking

Back during Covid times when we were all locked down and craving good bread, I wrote this e-Book for beginners on how to bake sourdough bread. There are a ton of techniques out there but this is the one that’s worked for me. It’s been a while since lock down (thankfully) but I’m still baking this loaf at least once per week. And so I’m making the e-Book available again for download for the small price of £3 (less than a couple packets of conventionally purchased store bought yeast! and which helps support all the other work we’re doing with Eat Sleep Wild – you have my gratitude!).
