Nomie 2107-1 SLC - I take it gently since my ankle is still painful - 10 min

Nomie is in a black short leg cast and is todau crutching over the parking in to a park.Here hur ankle is still painful so she crutch gently with her foot in front of her.She sits down and put her cast up on a bench so we get a nice view of the bottom of her cast.After the rest she crutch to a playground there she want to try a swing so she puts her crutches away and jump carefully on one leg to the swing.
