I've created Serenity -- a visual + sound experience designed to help your system soften, unwind and release what it's been holding.

There are no spoken words...just calming imagery and sound with embedded information to support relaxation and gentle energetic alignment.

It's ideal after work, before bed or any time you feel overloaded and want a simple way to come back to yourself.

About the Sound

Serenity uses sound in a very gentle, intentional way.

There are moments in this recording where the audio becomes very soft or nearly silent. These quiet sections are intentional and part of the design of the experience.

Even when you don’t consciously hear much, there is underlying sound and embedded information present in the track, intended to support your system in relaxing and reorganizing beneath your usual level of awareness.

If you notice the sound becoming very subtle for a time, nothing is broken or wrong with the file. Simply allow yourself to stay with the experience and notice how your body and breathing feel. The audio will naturally shift again as the track continues.
