A Guide to Co-Creating Your Sacred Session

To ensure our time together is powerful, focused, and deeply beneficial, here are a few ways you can prepare your heart and mind:

1. Set Your Loving Intention: (This is the most important step) In the days or hours before our session, gently ask yourself, "What do I truly need to know for my highest good?" Please bring 1-2 central themes or questions you'd like to explore. You don't need to overthink this; simply open your heart to what seeks clarity. This intention acts as a beacon, guiding the energy of our reading.

2. Create a Quiet, Comfortable Space: For virtual readings, find a private space where you won't be interrupted. Have a notebook and water nearby. You may wish to light a candle or play soft music to signal to your spirit that it's time to receive.

3. Release Specific Expectations: The most healing messages are often the ones we didn't know we needed. While I will always focus on your questions, please trust that your Spirit Council (guides, ancestors, loved ones) will bring through what is most essential for your healing and growth at this time. I cannot guarantee which specific spirit will come through, as the ones with the most urgent love and healing to offer will step forward.

4. Ground Your Energy: In the hour before our call, avoid hectic activities. If you can, take a few quiet moments to breathe, meditate, or simply sit in nature. This calms the nervous system and allows you to be more open and receptive to the messages that come through.

5. After the Reading: Integrate the messages you receive may continue to unfold in the hours and days after our session. Drink plenty of water, rest, and be gentle with yourself. This is deep work. You may wish to journal about your experience to anchor the insights.
