The buyer sends the messages and forms; the buyer sends the replies. This service never logs in to the buyer's email, inbox, or marketplace accounts.

Tiers:

Starter — $49, 2 working days: Up to 20 messages sorted into Urgent / Important / General / Spam, with a suggested reply draft per message that needs one; messages containing "contract", "payment", or "delete" flagged "needs human review" with no auto-draft; 1 revision round.

Standard — $99, 3 working days: Up to 50 messages sorted the same way, plus a 3-step follow-up sequence for messages awaiting a reply; up to 5 forms filled from the buyer's notes (drafts only, for the buyer to check and submit); everything in Starter; 2 revision rounds.

Premium — $179, 5 working days: Up to 100 messages sorted the same way, plus a reusable weekly inbox routine (one page) and a reply-template set for the buyer's most common messages; up to 10 forms filled from the buyer's notes (drafts only); everything in Standard; 2 revision rounds.

Buyer must provide: (1) the messages to sort (pasted text, forwarded messages, or an export — redact passwords, payment details, and full card or bank numbers before sending anything); (2) the forms to fill, with the answers to use, and any field that must stay blank; (3) brand voice notes or 1-2 past replies as style reference; (4) anything that is an automatic no, and any contact or topic that must be flagged for human review.

This service will NOT: log in to the buyer's email, inbox, or marketplace accounts, send mail for them, submit forms for them, or change account settings; handle payment, deletion, contract, or account-change actions without a human confirmation step — those are flagged, not completed; use unredacted private data — anything sensitive must be redacted by the buyer before sending, and unredacted payment or login details sent by mistake are not used and are not stored.
