EXAMPLE

Five visits at USD25 plus USD5 for one extra pet produce a USD150 quote. At 30 service minutes, 20 travel minutes and 5 admin minutes per visit, the booking takes 4 hours 35 minutes. These are illustrative numbers, not recommended local rates.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS

Unzip on a desktop or laptop. Open VisitMargin.html in a modern browser with JavaScript, or VisitMargin.xlsx in compatible spreadsheet software. No macros or paid API. The calculator was browser-tested over local HTTP; direct-file browser opening and Excel desktop interaction were not independently verified. Workbook formulas and rendered output were checked.

Browser currency labels: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD; no currency conversion. Workbook labels: USD. Saved browser scenarios stay on that browser/device. CSV reports cannot restore scenarios; retain your input records. Mobile file workflows vary.

Estimates exclude tax and any overhead you have not entered. This is not accounting software or a booking platform and does not promise higher earnings. Currency displays round to cents.
