This digital art piece was created in the metaverse using a VR Headset. I wanted to explore shapes and colours to be shown in the beauty of the woman's hair and face. The goal was to exaggerate the afro and make it part of the art. I am amazed at how creative we are with our hair in terms of braiding and the afro that gives us character and personality. This art piece promotes the beauty in black culture and that all cultures should embrace their beauty as art.
