Initiative Made Simple

Nobody tells the ant what to do. It has no commander, no overseer, no ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest (Proverbs 6:6-8). That is biblical initiative: seeing a need God cares about and moving to meet it without being told.

Initiative Made Simple is a 14-chapter, Bible-first guide to taking godly action without waiting for permission, perfect conditions, or a push from someone else. Each chapter opens with Scripture and closes with one clear action step, because initiative is not built by reading about it. It is built by doing one thing today that you did not do yesterday.

You will walk with the ant that has no manager, the servants who traded their talents instead of burying them, the four lepers who refused to sit until they died, David running toward Goliath, the Good Samaritan getting off his donkey, Esther walking into the throne room uninvited, Nehemiah rebuilding the wall, the boy with five loaves, and the four friends who tore through the roof.

Every chapter is explicitly Trinitarian: God the Father plans the works and positions His people; Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Son of Man, models initiative perfectly; and the Holy Spirit prompts, empowers, and sustains every step.
