Split bucket for mini loaders
This is a mini loader split bucket that I modeled for a client and is intended for his mini loaders. The theoretical mass of this bucket made of steel is 150 kg. This split bucket is different from the original design, I modified it a bit. I made a triangular grates, similar to a simple bucket, which you can download for FREE. Since expanded sheet mesh isn't available everywhere, I made a modification with grates that can be cut with a CNC laser/plasma. And for those who want with cutouts, to which the mesh is welded, I made another modification with a triangular cutouts.
Here you can download STEP and Parasolid files, both modifications with triangular grates and triangular cutouts, you can suppress unnecessary parts.
Important! Brackets are designed for AVANT loaders and 3D files isn't translated into English.
These files can be opened with most CAD programs, but their editing capabilities are very limited. If you open them with SolidWorks, you will need an additional feature to convert folded sheet parts to flatten and export DXF files. Tabs, slots and other improvements would be made by yourself. You will also need to make your own manufacturing drawings if you are going to make it. The 3D model includes the hydraulic cylinders, but no hoses are routed.
