This pattern is designed for both loom knitting and finger knitting. Because the two methods can produce slightly different row heights, the pattern uses a balanced row count between typical loom-knit and finger-knit sizing rather than being based exclusively on one method.

For example, if a 60-inch blanket requires approximately 80 rows when loom knitted and approximately 70 rows when finger knitted, the pattern may use a row count between those two measurements.

If needed, adjust plain/background rows at the top and bottom to reach your preferred finished length without changing the main design.
