1. You’ll be redirected to your Getting Started page.

• Book your Getting Started Call (15–30 mins).
• Complete a short onboarding form (2–5 mins).

1. You’ll receive a private folder link to upload logos/photos later.
2. Your full setup will be delivered within 7 business days of your call + form completion.
3. The final balance ($449) will be invoiced before delivery is finalised.

• The $450 payment is a deposit toward your $899 Stand Out Online package.
• You may cancel before work has begun (onboarding call, form, or setup tasks) for a full refund.
• Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, though partial refunds may be offered at our discretion in line with our policy.
• Refunds are available if Miss K Local cannot deliver the core elements of the Stand Out Online package:
• Google Business Profile setup
• 1-page website build
• If minor inclusions (such as posts, templates, or review card design) cannot be delivered, we will offer a suitable fix or partial refund at our discretion.
