This painting depicts a story of my culture and memories of family searching for bush medicine. 

The dotted circles represents family members and community coming together to share knowledge to learn the benefits of the plant and how they prepare the leaves. This cultural practice is still continuing today.

Eremophilas which is commonly known as Emu bush or bush medicine have been used for cultural and medicinal purposes. These particular plants are used in essential oils, teas, massage oils, and rubs. They offer a variety of benefits, such as natural antibacterial qualities and potentially reducing pain.
