Financial value of A3 in network and OSS

This is a bi-yearly update of research into the financial value of deploying AI, automation and analytics (A3) into a telco. It estimates this value through bottom-up analysis of potential capex/opex savings or revenue uplift from integrating these technologies into 60 processes across a telco’s network and OSS. 

The report includes:

• summary of the value of A3 across these processes
• the current progress towards obtaining this financial value
• a discussion of the place for Gen AI in the network and OSS
