From scratch ears for VR Chat.

Mapped to Cici's Hair cards. You will need to download the hair textures to apply to the materials yourself.

4,944 tris (total both ears), 3 Materials, 7 Bones (4 Physbones)

The prefab includes a VRCFury Armature Link for easy attachment to your avatar. (Just drag and drop the ears onto the avatar!). Note: If you need to reposition the ears, you will need to do it the standard way.
