HOW IT WORKS

Save a working copy for each client. Define the deliverables and their required assets, record files received, then review access, content, quality and usage rights yourself. The workbook highlights missing items, mapping gaps and input issues based on your entries. READY means the expected required assets are mapped and marked usable, with scope marked reviewed. It is not final publication approval.

Filter the Client request list to Action = Send for valid required items that are missing or need replacement. Files awaiting review, optional items and invalid rows are excluded. A blank request list does not mean the project is ready; check the Readiness sheet for remaining tasks. Update the as-of date yourself when reviewing deadlines.

SHARE SAFELY

Review the request wording, owners, due dates and approved upload destination. Copy only the visible request rows and headers into a new email or file as VALUES, then review that output before sending. Never share the full working workbook: its Asset log contains internal rejection notes and source locations. Do not enter passwords or access tokens.

FORMAT & COMPATIBILITY

One ZIP containing two .xlsx workbooks, README.txt and LICENSE.txt. No macros, add-ins, API keys or subscriptions are included or required. This is a screen-first workbook with wide tables and horizontal scrolling. Use the prepared rows and keep an untouched Master; formula cells are editable.

Formula mutation tests and fresh LibreOfficeDev 26.8 headless recalculation were performed on the release files. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets were not directly tested. Verify formulas, dropdowns, filters and formatting in a disposable copy using your chosen spreadsheet app before relying on it. A preview app that cannot recalculate formulas is insufficient.

IMPORTANT

This is a manual organizational template. It does not inspect uploaded files, verify links or rights, send reminders, obtain client approval, or certify compliance. You remain responsible for accurate entries, secure handling, scope, approvals and publication decisions. Examples and file locations are fictional.

LICENCE

One purchase covers one purchaser or purchasing business, including team members and contractors working for that business, for its own operations and client work. Make working copies, customize the kit and use it for multiple clients. Share only reviewed, values-only client request outputs with the relevant client. Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly upload or give away the blank or reusable kit, including modified template versions. Separate businesses need their own licence for reusable template access.
