How booking works
1. Purchase here → you’ll receive a welcome email with the intake form.
2. Complete the intake form before the appointment (this helps the session focus).
3. Use the Calendly link in the welcome email to book an available 2-hour slot.
4. The assessment is delivered online (Zoom) or by telephone / in-person on request.
5. Report and GP letter are issued within 5 working days.
Important notes
- ADHD Pro Support Ltd does not provide prescribing or medication titration at launch. If medication is appropriate we will provide a GP letter and signpost to prescribers.
- This service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are at immediate risk contact 999 or your local urgent mental health services.

What you purchase:
- One 2-hour adult ADHD diagnostic assessment (online/phone/in-person).
- Full written clinical report and GP letter within 5 working days.
- ADHD Pro Support does not prescribe at launch — we will provide signposting if medication is considered.
Booking & cancellation:
- After purchase you will receive a welcome email with an intake form and booking instructions (Calendly link).
- Cancel/reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment for full refund. Less than 48 hours: 50% refund.
Privacy & data:
- Records are stored securely. We will share a summary with your GP with consent.

Cancellations & rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment: full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund or option to reschedule with 50% fee.
- No-show without notice: no refund.
Payment & invoices
- Payhip issues receipts automatically. For Access to Work or employer invoices, email support@adhdprosupport.co.uk after purchase.
Privacy & data
- We handle your data in line with our privacy policy. Assessment records are stored securely and retained as per clinical governance.
