Four intimate portraits of an elegant middle-aged woman travelling alone in an almost empty restaurant car.

Outside the window, the landscape passes by. She barely seems to notice it. With a drink before her, her attention is somewhere else — following thoughts of her own, with the quiet expression of someone who has arrived at a place in life where solitude feels not empty, but free.

Reflective, elegant and quietly cinematic.

The train is moving. She has nowhere she needs to hurry.
