The Weight Loss Coaching - A Lifestyle Approach program was created by me, Jennifer Lee. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor, in Queensland, Australia. It is the combination of my education, experience from working one-on-one with clients and my own personal journey with weight management that led to the development of this lifestyle approach program.
