NSW Clean Tech Funding Opportunity — Up to A$5 Million

A high-value NSW funding opportunity for clean-technology businesses and research teams, with between A$500,000 and A$5 million available for eligible projects.

This opportunity may suit organisations with clean technology that is already beyond the basic prototype stage and is ready for real-world testing, demonstration, verification or commercial-scale preparation.

Potential areas include:

• renewable energy and storage

• smart grids and future energy systems

• electric mobility, transport and machinery

• low-carbon building products and systems

• industrial decarbonisation and bio-manufacturing

• carbon removal and Power-to-X

• agtech, blue carbon and low-emission land management

SOME KEY ELIGIBILITY POINTS

You may be a fit if:

• you hold an ABN

• you are an eligible incorporated organisation, research organisation or other permitted entity type

• your project will be delivered in NSW

• you own or have the necessary rights to use the relevant technology or IP

• your technology is already proven beyond the early concept stage

• your technology is generally at TRL 6–9

• you can contribute at least 50% of eligible project costs from other sources

• the project can be completed within the required funding period

The grant request must be between A$500,000 and A$5 million.
