About Kate
Kate Crow is a CBT therapist with a background in psychology, sociology and research into body image and eating behaviours.
Her work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Having experienced the patterns of binge eating and food-related shame herself, she understands how complex and overwhelming these cycles can feel.
Kate holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master's in Research (MRes), where her work explored the impact of social media and the thin ideal on body image in teenage girls.
She is passionate about helping people move away from shame and towards a more compassionate, sustainable way of understanding their relationship with food.
