Shenelle has over 3 years experience working as a Health & Wellbeing Coach in the NHS and over 9 years experience in teaching, mentoring and motivating everyday people beyond life's obstacles. She has specialised skills in Inner Voice Work, Therapeutic Art Facilitation, Counselling, Wellbeing Practices and Holistic Wellness, including Beauty Treatments. She has overcome DV, displacement and derailment and uses her lived experience and expertise to maximise the support she offers, meeting each client where they are at interpersonally.

Coaching sessions are designed to help you create lasting transformation by combining science, psychology, and compassionate accountability. Using evidence-based approaches like ACT-Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, ACT-With Chairwork, CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, RCT- Root Cause Therapy , SFT- Solution Focused Therapy and NLP- Neurolinguistic Programming, MI- Motivational Interviewing. We’ll uncover what drives your habits and help you rebuild balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
