3. **Is there a deadline to enroll in the course?**
- The online course is self-guided and available at anytime, however, the 1-hour Q & A sessions with the facilitator will take place on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM EDT from October 11th-November 1st.
4. **How do I earn the 10 SHRM credits?**
- The facilitator will be able to see your progress in the course and will be able to request the credits when notified upon completion and verified. The course MUST be completed by December 31, 2023 to be eligible for the credits.
5. **What is the format of the course?**
- This is a downloadable, self-guided course that can be completed at a pace this is comfortable for the student.
6. **Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants for the course?**
- No. The course is self-guided, so several people can take it at the same time.
7. **What is the cost of the course, and what does it include?**
- The introductory rate for the course is $199, discounted from $399. The course included 4-modules, approximately 10 hours of homework, additional resources within each module, and the Q & A support of the facilitator for 1-hour per week via Zoom at 7:00 PM EDT Oct. 11th-Nov. 1st. The Zoom links will be sent upon purchase.
8. **What is the refund policy?**
- Because the course is fully accessible once downloaded, and self-guided, all sales are final.
9. **What technology or equipment do I need to view the course?**
- To have the best visual experience, we recommend viewing the course on a iPad or laptop.
