Felicia's insomnia seems to strike again when she once again comes to in a dark, dingy basement. Tightly bound to a devious chair and encased in extremely tight clothing, all she can do is struggle and scream her way through the night as she is plagued by various gags and an enormous vibrator. This time, however, things are not as they seem, and she may not even be dreaming after all.....
