Yoga Nidra is a state between waking and dreaming, where the body can release tension, the nervous system can reset, and the mind becomes calm and clear. With regular practice, it supports better sleep, stress reduction, and a deeper connection to inner stillness.
During the practice, you are invited to connect with a personal intention or affirmation that gently accompanies you through the experience.
This Yoga Nidra bundle includes three recordings to support you in different ways:
- Introduction Track (2 minutes) – explaining Yoga Nidra, using your affirmation, and how to prepare.
- Full Practice (38 minutes) – a complete guided Yoga Nidra that brings you into deep relaxation and gently guides you back to waking awareness.
- Sleep Version (38 minutes) – designed for evenings or bedtime, guiding you into Yoga Nidra and then fading out so you can remain asleep peacefully.
What you’ll need for practice:
- A yoga mat or a comfortable place to lie down
- A pen and paper to write your affirmation (sankalpa)
- A small cushion for your head
- A roll, bolster, or pillow under the knees if needed
- A blanket to stay warm
- Any other props to help you feel supported for 35–40 minutes
