Per language: a 12-page PDF guide with a worked fictional assignment, checkpoints and official references; three Word templates (quotation, standard VAT invoice and separate KOR invoice); two completed fictional Word examples; a blank Excel workbook with 200 time entries, 100 invoice entries and a 20-row calculator, plus a separate completed example and readme.

The timesheet calculates decimal hours and amounts. The register tracks invoices, payments and outstanding balances. The VAT calculator supports 9% and 21% and displays separate totals. Invalid entries, such as excessive breaks or unsupported rates, are highlighted. Enter Word amounts manually, check them and export final documents to PDF. Use Word and Excel or compatible apps with automatic recalculation enabled; no subscription to this pack is needed.

All language versions follow Dutch procedures; they are not templates for US or German tax law. Use the appropriate invoice model. KOR invoices apply only to confirmed eligible participation in the Dutch KOR scheme. Cross-border transactions, reverse charge, credit notes and tax returns are not included. The pack does not determine your tax rate or replace accounting software or advice on special situations.
