At A Glance:
Easy to Use – Since this is an Excel program, all you have to do is open the file and save it to your PC or Laptop.

On screen instructions – All of the instructions on how the program operates is found on the "register' page.

Customer Management – Easily add customer numbers, customer name, address, phone, email, and other notes. When you put the customer number in the customer number field on the Simple POS page, the customers' information (Name & Address) is automatically entered in the "Sold To" field.

Inventory Management – Enter the BARCODE, Product Name, Retail Price, Price You Paid, Where You Purchased it From, and other information. Program automatically tabulates your profit per product. You can make price changes on this page. When you SCAN the product barcode on the "Simple POS" page, the Product Name and Price is automatically entered.

Create Receipts – Create professional looking receipts with your business' contact information on the top. Program allows you to modify the quantity, change the sales tax, and more.

Create Quotes – Sometimes, you simply need to quote a price. Simple POS allows you to do this and to insert your terms as well.

Create Invoices – Create stunning invoices that can be emailed to anyone, anywhere.
Fully automated with any Barcode Scanner and Printer – You can print copies of your transactions at the time of creation. This program becomes fully automated with a barcode scanner.
