What's in a Session?

Sessions are 60 minutes long and are typically booked weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

At UGN Advisory, we can support you in the following areas:

Core Brand Identity - purpose, mission, vision statements and value determination
Product Strategy & Pricing
Customer Experience Design & Operations
Coaching Services - professionalism, leadership & people management, goal-setting & decision making

Advisory sessions are where we discuss, learn and align together, but most clients will have work items that will need to be completed outside of the sessions. This may be writing your business plan, drafting product pricing options or doing market research, etc. for us to review together at your next session.

Our goal is to teach you the skills to be able to execute on your own and provide guidance along the way.

Do you offer refunds or trials?

Advisory sessions are nonrefundable. If you are a first-time client, please reach out to eugene@ugnadvisory.com to request a complimentary initial session. Please note only one complimentary session is available per client and may be availability may be limited.

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available for booking up to 2 weeks out at this time from Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM EST. Booking is first come first served. If these hours don't work for you, please reach out to eugene@ugnadvisory.com to inquire on additional availability prior to your purchase.

How does appointment scheduling work?

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll be able to login to your coaching account and book via the Calendly link. If you have any difficulties or questions with booking, please don't hesitate to reach out to eugene@ugnadvisory.com.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you have scheduled a session and need to reschedule, please reach out to eugene@ugnadvisory at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

Of course! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another advisory sessions. We are working to get packages for multiple sessions out to you in the near future.
