During this 8 weeks of programming there will be a big focus on the Clean and jerk by continuing to build up leg strength and overhead strength/stability simultaneously.

All these days should able to fit into a 1 hour window including warmup up and cool down. Inside that hour focus on good movement and intensity when it’s called for and the results will follow.

All of these workouts have been put through the test by either myself in the garage solo or in the gym with friends.
