your purchase grants you a perpetual, exclusive license to use this design for personal (non-commercial, non-business) purposes.
the design can be used for:

terms of service
- i, the artist, retain all copyrights and the right to use, display, reproduce, sell, and/or incorporate this design into my own artwork, portfolio, promotional materials, prints, merchandise, and other creative works.
- the design itself will not be resold or licensed as a digital design to another buyer.
- sublicensing, transferring, or redistributing the design or its usage rights to any third party is strictly prohibited.
the design cannot be used for:
- usage for any purpose beyond what is allowed by your purchased license.
- presenting, advertising, crediting or claiming it as an original design created by you or another artist.
- tracing, altering or redrawing for the purpose of claiming it as your own or someone else’s.
- reselling or redistributing.
- AI or AI-related purposes in any shape or form.
if any of these terms of service are broken, the perpetual use license will be immediately revoked and rendered null and void.
