This three-part somatic breathwork series is designed to help you reconnect with your inner child, restore safety in the body, and move emotional energy through breath and awareness.
Video 1 – Introduction to Somatic Breathwork
Learn the technique, rhythm, and structure of somatic breathwork — including what to expect during each session and how to safely navigate emotional or physical sensations as they arise.
Video 2 – Forgiveness
In this session, you’ll be guided to meet your inner child with compassion and forgiveness — to reconcile the moments, memories, or emotions that still live in the body. This practice focuses on releasing guilt and restoring self-trust.
Video 3 – Safe to Be Seen
This session supports the liberation of your inner child — helping you soften old protective patterns and reclaim your natural expression, confidence, and joy. You’ll learn to feel safe being seen, both by yourself and others.
Together, these sessions guide you through understanding, reconciliation, and liberation — bringing you back into alignment with your body’s truth, your emotional integrity, and your innate power to heal.
