Heritage Spire — Physical Product Licence (500 units)

Direct-purchase font terms v1.1: Desktop covers finished 2D artwork and reasonably protected read-only PDF embedding. Font data embedded in EPUB or apps/games needs the relevant licence; finished cover/title images do not. Existing orders keep their agreed rights. Crest Lab terms and prices are unchanged.

One-time purchase: minimum JPY 49,800; suggested JPY 49,800. You may choose a higher amount. A higher payment does not increase the allowance or change licence rights.
Includes the Heritage Spire OTF/TTF font (94 visible ASCII characters plus space), standard commercial two-dimensional use, and additional permission to manufacture and sell physical products based on Heritage Spire letterforms or derived crests. Crest Lab is not included.
Non-exclusive permission for one purchaser (individual or legal entity) and one brand. The unit allowance is cumulative across all covered characters, designs and product types, with no annual reset or expiry. No renewal subscription or additional per-sale royalty within the allowance. Buying multiple licences does not automatically add allowances. Switching from 500 to 5,000 units gives a total allowance of 5,000, not 5,500. Arrange an additional agreement before exceeding the allowance; multiple brands require a separate agreement.
Use all 94 visible characters; modify, combine, mirror and adapt their shapes. Jewellery, decorative objects, lighting and gates may be made within the allowance. Similar interpretations of CREST GLYPH example works are welcome. This does not grant ownership of shared letterforms, brand names, logos or photographs, or permission to imply official affiliation.
Necessary manufacturing data may be provided to contractors solely to produce your licensed products; independent reuse or redistribution by contractors is not permitted. Font files, extracted SVG outlines, STL files, mould-design files and other reusable digital assets may not be redistributed or resold. This permission covers finished physical products. It does not include production-ready 3D models or extend to Crest Lab as a whole or to third-party materials.
The font supplies two-dimensional outlines. You are responsible for thickness, connections, strength, safety and manufacturing suitability. Third-party materials retain their own licence conditions. These Heritage Spire conditions apply whether the design is made with Crest Lab or another tool. Read the included licence and installation guide.

Own both Crest Lab and Heritage Spire? The same purchaser can receive the Heritage Spire-included Crest Lab edition at no additional charge, regardless of purchase order. Heritage Spire supplied with a Physical Product Licence also qualifies. Both purchases must be verified; different email addresses require verification of both orders. Font-only ownership does not include Lab. This switch adds no physical-product rights.
