Inner Child Session

The Inner Child Intensive Session is designed for the person who recognizes that their inner child needs divine attention, care, and healing. You may know that something within you remains connected to experiences from your childhood, but you may not fully understand where that younger part of you is emotionally, what she is still carrying, or what she needs in order to heal.

My role during this process is to help you locate where your inner child is and walk her through the healing process based on what she reveals she needs. We are not going into the session assuming where she is, what she feels, or what part of her story needs attention. We allow the process to unfold according to where your inner child reveals that she is.

This is a 90-minute intensive private session and includes the Littlest Girl Within Assessment, which must be completed prior to your appointment. The assessment collects vital information about your childhood experiences, emotional history, significant relationships, wounds, and other experiences that may help me gain an initial understanding of where your inner child may be and prepare for our time together.

However, the assessment is only a preparatory tool. Ultimately, we will rely upon the ministry and leading of the Holy Spirit and your inner child revealing where she is. From there, I will guide you through a focused process of allowing her to be seen, heard, acknowledged, and walked through the healing that is revealed during the session.

This is not about forcing a particular outcome or attempting to address your entire childhood in one appointment. The session is centered on meeting your inner child where she is and giving focused attention to what surfaces during our time together.

This required reading is an important part of preparing for your Inner Child Session. The book introduces foundational concepts surrounding soul wounds, childhood trauma, the wounded inner child, and the spiritual framework that will help prepare you for the work we will do together. 

Please complete the book before your scheduled session. This preparation will allow us to maximize our 90 minutes together and enter the inner child work with a shared foundation and understanding.
