This is a setup service deposit, not standalone software. The downloadable ZIP is only the intake/reference pack; the paid deliverable is the async field-mapping and first-run readiness review.

Standard scope:

• One AP workflow.
• Up to 2 CSV/XLSX exports.
• Up to 50 total columns.
• One clarification or correction pass.
• Async email support.
• Target delivery: 3 business days after usable intake files arrive.

You receive field-mapping notes, a first-run readiness note, which duplicate-payment and payment-run checks are ready, which checks are blocked by missing fields, what to export next, and whether the USD49 self-serve bundle is likely enough for repeat runs.

Data boundary: do not send raw private AP data. Use headers, simulated rows, screenshots of headers, or redacted rows. This service does not approve payments, connect to banks or ERP systems, provide legal/tax/audit advice, or guarantee detection of every duplicate, error, or fraud case.
