The Materia Médica contains a double page spread for you to fill in for each plant with space for a picture or sketch of each plant along with your own useful information such as foraging notes, preparation tips and recipe ideas. This is a digital product and contains a 46 page pdf which is best printed double sided. There are pages for 20 plants of your choosing, but you can print more or less as you wish.
