The cowl begins with a two-color long-tail cast-on and ends with a matching stem-stitch sewn bind-off in the contrast color. The top and bottom borders are striped, but the broken rib creates an interesting blip, perhaps Don Quixote’s heartbeat for his beloved Dulcinea.
