The Birth of the Universe is the opening movement of The Heliosphere, Episode 001 of The Rock and Roll Rewind Project.

Beginning with the emptiness before creation, this cinematic composition follows the first spark of existence, as energy, light and music emerge from nothing. It introduces the musical themes that weave throughout the entire album.

Inspired by the philosophy of The Dao, the grand orchestral tradition of Gustav Holst, the musical storytelling of Sergei Prokofiev, and the cinematic soundscapes of, Modest Mussorgsky and Paul Dukas, this movement begins a musical journey through orchestral, rock, electronic and ambient textures that gradually evolve into an immersive listening experience.
